This one-time virtual session helps us get aligned—from understanding how your body moves to identifying your goals and the approach that will best support them. You’ll walk away with a personalized plan, clear next steps, and a deeper sense of direction.

This session ensures your time, energy, and training are fully aligned from the start—and built to serve you well.

Note: Consultations are held via Zoom. In-person options may be available on a limited basis; feel free to reach out to info@theluckymovement.com if you'd prefer to meet in person.

  • I ask you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

    You can make changes through your original booking link, anytime up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged a $30 fee. I understand that life happens, and I appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a smooth and respectful schedule for everyone!
