This one-time virtual session helps us get aligned - from understanding how your body moves to identifying your goals and the approach that will best support them. You’ll walk away with a personalized plan, clear next steps, and a deeper sense of direction.

This session ensures your time, energy, and training are fully aligned from the start - and built to serve you well.

One Time Introductory Service – $45

  • What’s Included:

    • A brief movement screen to assess how your body moves today

    • A goal-driven conversation: where you are now, what you’re working toward, and any challenges

    • Clear next steps based on your needs, training style, and lifestyle

    • A follow-up email summarizing your roadmap with a personalized link for booking sessions.

    Book your first training session within 7 days to receive a $45 credit - your consult becomes free when you commit to moving forward.

    • A device with a camera and reliable internet connection

    • A quiet space with room to move comfortably

    • This session is conducted via Zoom or phone.

1:1 Personal Training

Every session is rooted in precision, energy, and care designed to meet your body where it is and move it forward with purpose. I bring high energy, a sharp eye for form, and a deep respect for your body’s individuality. Every session is programmed with intention, designed to challenge you intelligently and sustainably. Whether you’re rebuilding, refining, or pushing performance, your sessions are designed to be safe, effective, and engaging.

Single Session - $150

  • Packages are designed for clients ready to see measurable results through consistent training. Each includes personalized programming, guided 1:1 coaching, and support between sessions.

    • Foundation Package – 3 sessions | $420
      Perfect for experiencing my coaching style and establishing a strong foundation.

    • Consistency Package – 8 sessions | $1,080
      Ideal for clients ready to commit to regular training and meaningful progress over 4–6 weeks.

    • Performance Package – 12 sessions | $1,560
      For clients seeking deeper results, structured progressions, and priority scheduling over 8–10 weeks.

    All packages include personalized guidance, programming, and movement homework.
    Single sessions remain available on a limited basis.

  • Sessions are offered at a private training facility in Santa Monica or at select offsite locations, with limited availability to ensure personalized attention and quality coaching.

      I’m here to help you stay consistent, empowered, and confident, so your progress doesn’t stop when the session ends.

  • Precision Meets Play -
    High energy, focused form, and individualized programming come together in sessions that are both effective and enjoyable. Every movement is purposeful, blending strength, sculpting, mobility, and control.

  • I ask you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged a $30 fee. I understand that life happens, and I appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a smooth and respectful schedule for everyone!

  • Private Training Packages

    Training is offered in structured packages to support consistency, progression, and meaningful results. Each package includes personalized programming, movement guidance, and support between sessions. Details shared above.

    Packages are designed to meet you where you are, from establishing a strong foundation to building long-term performance and confidence.

  • Partner/Duo Training

    Train alongside a friend, family member, or partner with sessions designed for two, providing guidance and support for each participant.

    $200 per session | Packages available.
