How lucky are we to move another day.

ABOUT

That question came to me on a morning when getting out of bed felt physically impossible. Not metaphorically - literally. I was in a flare. Ulcerative colitis, the chronic illness I’ve lived with since I was 11, has a way of reminding you that nothing about movement is guaranteed. Those moments taught me, and continue to teach me, something no certification ever could. That movement is a privilege. It deserves to be treated like one.

I’ve been a dancer my whole life.

I studied dance at Chapman University, graduating summa cum laude with a BFA, where I grew a love for the science behind movement and the body. How bodies move, why they move the way they do, and what happens when they’re out of alignment. That curiosity never left me.

It led me into fitness. Into years of studying corrective exercise, Pilates, and functional strength training. Into working with high-profile clientele in Los Angeles’s most sought-after fitness environments. Into eventually building something of my own.

Something that truly reflected what I believe. I believe fitness should leave you feeling more capable than when you walked in. Not just more tired.

I’ve seen too many people pour themselves into programs that never once considered their actual body, their history, their limitations, their life.

No aesthetics obsession. No before and after. No punishment dressed up as empowerment.

Just intelligent movement, done well, for the body you have today.
